The receptacle comprises means for holding the pump and the seal, formed for example of a crimping ring of the pump on the neck, the ring being provided with a passage for the actuating rod of the pump. The actuating rod drives the cosmetic product of the pump to a push button provided with a spray nozzle. One aspect that is of great importance to consumers today is the possibility of reloading cosmetic bottles, once the cosmetic product has been fully used and the bottle is empty. Indeed, consumers want to be able to fill the bottle without having to buy the whole, and thus save a part on the price to pay, knowing that the original bottle has a significant impact on the selling price.
[0004] This has the consequence of having to provide vials some parts of which are removable to allow the refilling or filling of the cosmetic container. For example, in the case of a bottle with a pump, it is necessary to be able to remove the pump from the neck to fill the container.
[0005] There are refillable bottles with removable holding devices of the pump. These devices comprise an elastic crimping ring and a locking sleeve which encloses the ring, deforming it, so as to hold the elements together. Thus, to disassemble the pump 3035572 and reload the product, it is first necessary to handle the locking sleeve first, then the crimping ring thereafter. Such a device is therefore complicated to use because of the number of manipulations, and it further requires applying a noticeable force to place or remove the locking sleeve. Other devices include a screw ring carrying a pump. Thus, to disassemble the pump, simply unscrew the ring. But such a device imposes a screwing movement of the sleeve on the packaging line, which is long and expensive. In addition, there is not only a risk of poor sealing if the sleeve is not tight enough, but also a risk of self-unscrewing during transport that generates vibrations, or because of the expansions of the various parts due to variations in temperature.

[0011] The invention relates to a device 1 for removably holding a pump for a receptacle, in particular a refillable receptacle. In Figures 1 to 3, the receptacle is a bottle 10 for containing a cosmetic product of the perfume type. The receptacle 10 comprises a receptacle 3 20 preferably made of glass. It is here provided with a neck 6 and equipped with a pump 4 adapted to project said cosmetic product. It may further comprise a cover, not shown, to prevent the involuntary operation of the pump 4. The pump 4 is connected to the container 3 being held on the neck 6, so that it can suck the product contained inside the container 3, while serving as a stopper for keeping the product inside the container 3.
